3 * 3 = 9 (kết quả của mình đây, trong ngoặc tính trước, nhân chia từ trái sang phải)
Phép toán được ra như sau: 6 ÷ 2 (1+2) = ?, với hai đáp án được đưa ra lựa chọn là 1 và 9.
Tưởng như quá đơn giản, nhưng khi được đưa ra trên mạng xã hội Facebook, phép toán đã nhận được trên 120.000 lượt người trả lời chỉ sau vài ngày. Đáng ngạc nghiên là cả hai đáp án đều được lựa chọn với số người gần như chia đều. Kéo theo đó là hàng nghìn bình luận, tranh cãi xem kết quả đúng là 1 hay 9.
“Phe” ủng hộ kết quả là 1 cho rằng, phép toán này có thể viết dưới dạng phân số với “6” là tử số và “2(1+2)” là mẫu số, do vậy kết quả cuối cùng phải là 6 : 6 = 1. Hoặc áp dụng nguyên tắc nhân chia trước, cộng trừ sau, kết quả cũng ra 1. “Tính thử bằng Casio FX500ms cũng thấy nó bằng một”, thành viên vankiepsau cho biết.
“Phe” ủng hộ con số 9 thì lập luận: “Theo trật tự các phép tính thì đầu tiên thực hiện phép tính trong ngoặc trước rồi sau đó thực hiện các phép nhân/chia theo thứ tự từ trái qua phải. Tôi nghĩ đáp án là 9” (lời thành viên Love_Autopsy). “Phe số 9” dường như được nhiều người ủng hộ hơn “phe số 1”.
Ngay cả những công cụ tính toán tự động cũng chia ra làm hai “phe”. “Dán vào vào Google thì ra 9, nhưng dùng phần mềm calculator (gcalctool 5.32.0) thì lại ra 1”, thành viên Keosoft90 bối rối.
Có ý kiến cho rằng không thể giải phép toán vì cách viết ở phép toán sai nguyên tắc. “Từ bé thầy giáo mình đã dạy: nếu đề bài không rõ ràng thì đừng làm. Và từ bé tới giờ mình cũng chưa thấy ai lại viết dấu chia kiểu kia (keyboard cũng không có mà gõ ra) đi kèm với dấu nhân kiểu viết liền. Một đề toán mà không chính xác/rõ ràng thì làm sao có lời giải chính xác?”, thành viên kissme nhận xét.
Nhiều người thừa nhận rằng mình không thế chắc chắn kết quả nào là đúng. Thành viên TanNg, quản trị viên của một diễn đàn nổi tiếng chia sẻ: “Chịu. Vừa chạy đi hỏi con thì cả hai đứa đều ngủ. Mai mới có câu trả lời chính xác”. Thành viên heroic than thở: “Mình xuống lớp 1 đây”.
Do sự hóc búa của của “bài toán lớp 3” này mà trên diễn đàn Linkhay, thành viên nick Dora đã kêu gọi sự “can thiệp” của giáo sư Ngô Bảo Châu nhằm chấm dứt “cuộc chiến” toán học đang gây tranh cãi dai dẳng trên cộng đồng mạng. Thậm chí, thành viên ttkc000 còn “treo” giải thưởng: “Giáo sư giải quyết được vụ này thì tặng thêm căn hộ nữa trên Vincom!”.
Miễn phí tên miền tiếng Việt từ 28/4/2011
Trung tâm Internet Việt Nam (VNNIC) cho biết, từ ngày 28/4/2011, các tên miền tiếng Việt có dấu sẽ được cấp phát tự do và miễn phí.
Đại diện VNNIC khẳng định, từ 0 giờ ngày 28/4, các cá nhân, tổ chức muốn sở hữu những tên miền tiếng Việt có dấu, thể hiện đầy đủ tên gọi, danh xưng, thương hiệu riêng… chỉ cần truy cập và làm các bước đăng ký thủ tục online tại địa chỉwww.tenmientiengviet.vn.
Đây là bước triển khai thứ 2 trong lộ trình cấp tên miền tiếng Việt của Trung tâm này. Giai đoạn cấp miễn phí đầu tiên đã diễn ra từ 10/01/2011 đến 27/4/2011, dành cho đối tượng doanh nghiệp, cá nhân được quyền ưu tiên sở hữu những tên miền tiếng Việt có dấu liên quan đến thương hiệu, tên tuổi của mình.

Khó tránh tranh chấp tên miền tiếng Việt
Từ 10 giờ 30 hôm nay (28/4), tên miền tiếng Việt có dấu, đuôi “.vn” sẽ được cấp phát miễn phí cho mọi tổ chức, cá nhân có nhu cầu.
Trao đổi với Tuổi Trẻ về tên miền tiếng Việt cũng như những vấn đề liên quan có thể xảy ra, ông Trần Minh Tân (ảnh) - phó giám đốc Trung tâm Internet VN (VNNIC) - cho biết:
Trước thời điểm được cấp phát miễn phí, VNNIC đã tiến hành giai đoạn ưu tiên từ ngày 10/1 đến 10/3 cấp tên miền tiếng Việt cho các đối tượng có tên trong quyết định thành lập của các tổ chức Đảng, cơ quan nhà nước từ trung ương đến địa phương, các tổ chức chính trị, chính trị xã hội; tên thương mại, nhãn hiệu hàng hóa, bản quyền... đã được công nhận bảo hộ bởi các cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền.
Người dùng vốn đã quen với tên miền không dấu theo kí tự Latin. Hơn nữa, việc nhập tiếng Việt có dấu trên trình duyệt sẽ gây khó khăn cho người dùng, đó là chưa kể người nước ngoài. Khi đó việc truy cập tên miền tiếng Việt sẽ rất hạn chế?
Nhóm đối tượng sử dụng tên miền tiếng Việt mà chúng tôi muốn hướng đến là các chủ thể muốn sử dụng tên miền thuần Việt, tên miền thể hiện rõ ràng ý nghĩa của website, tránh đa nghĩa như tiếng Latin. Tên miền tiếng Việt là cơ hội cho các chủ thể muốn bảo vệ thương hiệu thuần Việt của mình trên Internet, chẳng hạn như: quêhương.vn, kinhđô.vn, báotuổitrẻ.vn...
Việc gõ tiếng Việt có dấu trên thanh địa chỉ sẽ có đôi chút khó khăn, người dùng có thể làm quen bằng cách gõ phím Ctrl sau mỗi từ để ngắt dấu không ảnh hưởng đến từ tiếp theo, hoặc có thể chịu khó dùng cách truyền thống (gõ phím tạo khoảng trắng Space giữa các từ và sau đó xóa khoảng trắng đi).
Tên miền tiếng Việt chắc chắn sẽ không chủ đích dành cho người nước ngoài, chúng tôi đã có nghiên cứu về vấn đề này. Các chủ thể đăng kí tên miền tiếng Việt khi có làm ăn hay giao tiếp với nước ngoài thường đã có địa chỉ tiếng Latin. Do đó tên miền tiếng Việt chỉ là sự bổ sung nhằm thêm lựa chọn cho chủ thể, thể hiện ý nghĩa tên miền của mình trên Internet.

Đến thời điểm này đã có bao nhiêu tên miền tiếng Việt được cấp phát? So với tên miền truyền thống như thế nào?
Tính đến trước thời điểm 27/4 đã có hơn 5.000 tên miền tiếng Việt được cấp phát trong giai đoạn trước. Tuy nhiên, hiện chỉ có khoảng 3.600 tên miền tiếng Việt đang thực chạy trên mạng. Trong khi đó, lượng tên miền tiếng Latin đã đăng kí tính đến nay trên 130.000 tên miền.
Số lượng tên miền tiếng Việt đã được đăng kí thấp là do chúng ta đang trong giai đoạn mới cấp phát. Hơn nữa, tên miền tiếng Việt chỉ là một loại tên miền bổ sung vào hệ thống tên miền VN, còn tên miền truyền thống là tổng hợp các loại tên miền đã có: edu.vn, gov.vn...
Một số vụ kiện tên miền
- Tháng 9/2009: Google Inc. ở California, Mỹ đã có đơn khiếu kiện Trần Anh Huy ở Hà Nội, VN liên quan đến tên miền quangcaogoogle.com. Hội đồng trọng tài đã quyết định chuyển trả lại tên miền quangcaogoogle.com cho Google Inc...
- Tháng 10/2009, Hãng Samsung đã nộp đơn lên Tòa án nhân dân Hà Nội khởi kiện ông Dương Hồng Minh để đòi lại hai tên miền samsungmobile.com.vn và samsungmobile.vn với hai lí do chính: vi phạm sở hữu trí tuệ và trục lợi từ tên miền. Đến tháng 6/2010, tòa sơ thẩm Tòa án nhân dân Hà Nội ra phán quyết chỉ thu hồi tên miền samsungmobile.com.vn để ưu tiên cho Samsung đăng kí sử dụng. Samsung kháng cáo. Đến tháng 3/2011, tòa phúc thẩm mới ra phán quyết thu hồi nốt tên miền samsungmobile.vn ưu tiên cho Samsung đăng kí sử dụng.
Việc cho đăng kí tự do miễn phí sẽ rất dễ dẫn đến hành vi đầu cơ trục lợi đối với các tên miền nổi tiếng, tên miền của các doanh nghiệp lớn vốn đã có tên miền tiếng Latin truyền thống?
Việc này không thể nói là nguy cơ bởi VNNIC đã tạo điều kiện cho các chủ thể thuộc diện ưu tiên được đăng kí tên miền trước. VNNIC đã công bố thông tin rộng rãi giai đoạn đăng kí tên miền tiếng Việt cho các đối tượng thuộc diện ưu tiên. Cơ hội đã qua, họ buộc phải chấp nhận đăng kí bình đẳng như mọi cá nhân, tổ chức khác theo nguyên tắc “đăng kí trước, được quyền sử dụng trước”.
Trước kia, khi chúng tôi bắt đầu mở cấp phát tên miền.vn cũng từng diễn ra tình trạng tương tự. Khi đó nhiều chủ thể thuộc diện ưu tiên đã không đăng kí, đến khi có tranh chấp thì các chủ thể liên quan chỉ còn cách tuân theo các quy định về tranh chấp tên miền của pháp luật.
Việc tranh chấp tên miền chắc chắn sẽ xảy ra?
Tất nhiên rồi, đây là vấn đề tất yếu. Việc tranh chấp tên miền chắc chắn sẽ diễn ra giữa các chủ thể. Chúng tôi chỉ có thể khuyến cáo các chủ thể nên sớm đăng kí để bảo vệ thương hiệu của mình trên Internet.
Vậy khi có tranh chấp về thương hiệu, nhãn hiệu của một công ty này bị người khác đăng kí tên miền trước, cách giải quyết sẽ như thế nào?
Quá trình giải quyết tranh chấp sẽ được tiến hành tuần tự theo quy định của pháp luật: các bên khiếu kiện và bị kiện tự thương lượng hòa giải; thông qua trọng tài; khởi kiện ra tòa án. VNNIC không có thẩm quyền giải quyết các trường hợp phát sinh tranh chấp tên miền. VNNIC sẽ chỉ tuân theo phán quyết cuối cùng để thực hiện giữ nguyên tên miền hoặc thu hồi tên miền để cấp lại cho bên thắng kiện.
Việc đăng kí và duy trì tên miền tiếng Việt miễn phí sẽ diễn ra trong bao lâu?
Quy định hiện tại là mọi đối tượng đều được đăng kí và duy trì miễn phí. Khi nào có quy định mới, thì chúng tôi sẽ tuân thủ theo.

Cấp 4.000 tên miền tiếng Việt trong ngày đầu tiên
Mặc dù xảy ra tình trạng nghẽn mạng nhưng theo Trung tâm Internet Việt Nam (VNNIC) cho biết đơn vị này đã cấp phát gần 4.000 tên miền tiếng Việt trong ngày đầu tiên mở cửa đăng kí tự do qua mạng.
Đúng 10 giờ 30 phút ngày 28/4, VNNIC đã mở chương trình đăng kí trực tuyến tự do, miễn phí tên miền tiếng Việt cho các tổ chức, cá nhân.
Trao đổi với phóng viên ICTnews, ông Trần Minh Tân, Phó giám đốc VNNIC cho biết, dù tình trạng nghẽn mạng đã xảy ra ngay sau khi mở cửa đăng kí trực tuyến, nhưng đến buổi chiều ngày hôm qua trung tâm này đã cấp phát mới được khoảng gần 4000 tên miền tiếng Việt.
“Sự cố nghẽn mạng đã cho thấy sự quan tâm của cộng đồng với tên miền tiếng Việt rất lớn và vượt ngoài dự đoán của VNNIC”, ông Tân nói.
Hiện tại, các website đăng kí tên miền tiếng Việt (tenmientiengviet.vn; ten.vn, tên.vn và tênmiềntiếngviệt.vn) đã có thể truy cập bình thường nhưng đôi lúc vẫn xảy ra hiện tượng chập chờn. Về vấn đề này, ông Tân cho biết đội ngũ kĩ thuật của VNNIC đang kiểm tra lại hệ thống để xử lí triệt để hiện tượng nghẽn mạng.
Theo quy định của VNNIC, mỗi cá nhân được đăng kí và sử dụng miễn phí đến 5 tên miền tiếng Việt và mỗi tổ chức được đăng kí sử dụng miễn phí 100 tên miền theo nguyên tắc “đăng kí trước được quyền sử dụng trước”.

Find your bookmarked sites in a flash by entering the tag, page or bookmark name into the location bar. The more you use your tags and bookmark names in the location bar, the more the system will adapt to your preferences.
Tags
Label a site with names or categories that are meaningful to you. For example, you can label both www.bbc.co.uk and www.nytimes.com with the “news” tag. When you enter “news” into the location bar, both sites will be shown as results. A single site can have multiple tags, and there’s no limit to the number of tags you can create. You may not remember the exact name of a site, but with a tag, you’ll be able to find it easily.
Library
Make your browser as efficient as you can imagine. Your browsing history and your bookmarks are archived in the Library, where they can be easily searched and organized. As your bookmark list and history grow, you can save your frequent searches in automatically updated smart folders.

The find feature appears with a simple keystroke. Search for a word or phrase on an open Web page. Highlight text before using the feature and the finder opens pre-filled with your selection.
